Shetland Boccia Club were delighted to be invited to this year's Junior Inter County in Shetland to deliver a demonstration match for everyone to come and watch. The hope is that eventually Shetland and Orkney will have their own Boccia Inter County game.
Everyone was delighted to see so many people come to watch the demonstration match. Participants played in a friendly singles competition played over an hour time slot. Five young people represented Shetland and they put on a fantastic display for the crowd.
We would like to say a big thank you to Shetland Junior Inter County Association for inviting us along and to all our volunteers for making this happen.
Fingers crossed it won't be long till we have a boccia Inter County.
