Today our Wastside Saturday Club enjoyed a visit from Jayne and Anna Cockayne. They came along to introduce the group to their project 'Putting Shetlanf on the Map' which Ability Shetland are delighted to have been invited to be a part of.
As the project is 'Putting Shetland on the Map' they did fun activities around this theme. They began with a mosaic map of Shetland, made peerie maps with air drying clay and played with sensory toys on a giant map of Shetland! They also enjoyed experimenting with sounds on an interactive touch board.
